The Japanese market has seen a 16% year-on-year increase in sales of single share structured products compared to 2012, following the sustained equity rally since the introduction of Abenomics. According to SRP data, 250 single share-linked products have been marketed so far this year in the uridashi market, surpassing the 215 products registered in the same category for the whole of 2012.
