Hong Kong regulator finds suitability obligations failures on structured products sales

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong has identified a number of compliance failures during a probe of the distribution of complex bonds and structured products by licensed corporations (LCs), the regulator stated in a circular published today.
