On the go from Mofo

The structured products team at Morrison & Foerster (Mofo) in New York has decamped to Mayer Brown, with Anna Pinedo ( pictured ) being named partner and co-leader in the global capital markets team in the new law firm. Pinedo was formerly a partner at Mofo and, before that, a partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, also in New York.
