SRP gears up for website relaunch

SRP has now started the countdown for the relaunch of its website StructuredRetailProducts.com, which includes a comprehensive redesign of the current site and the addition of new functionalities.

"Due to the complexity of the StructuredRetailProducts.com website and the amount of data it carries, the redesign of the site has been the main IT project for the company for more than six months," said SRP's head of IT, David Perez. "Our greatest challenge in IT has always been catering to all of our clients in their various roles around the world and being able to provide them with data that will help them in their daily work.  To that end, we have spent the last six months creating the dashboard, which we believe will revolutionise our service and bring greater value to our clients' business."

The main feature of the new StructuredRetailProducts.com website is the 'dashboard', a tool developed by SRP to enable users to create a personalised landing page where subscribers can organise and prioritise the information industry professionals want to access on a daily basis.

In addition, the concept of accessibility has also been developed to provide on-the-move access to the website on all available internet platforms to address the personal needs of SRP users.

Feedback from selected users who were given access to the new website on a trial basis shows the redesign has achieved the goal of providing a state-of-the-art portal with improved functionalities and tools that respond to users' needs.

The new www.StructuredRetailProducts.com website will be launched next Monday on 3 October.
