A call overwriting fund from Schroder, the UK Income Maximiser, is on track to reach £1bn assets under management after the fund manager reported another monthly record of £920.8m as at the end of July.
The fund saw a slight increase in the second quarter of 2012 compared with the equivalent period in 2013, with a fund percentage performance of 28.1 against a sector performance of 21.4.
Schroders currently has two other products in its Income Maximiser range. The Schroder Asian Income Maximiser Fund was launched in June 2010 and has delivered a 79.9% performance since inception; while the Schroder Global Property Income Maximiser Fund which was launched in November 2010 has delivered a 31.5% performance.
The UK Income Maximiser is a continuous product with a minimum investment of £1,000.
