Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has issued a reminder to investors that from 25 June 2011, all SFC-authorised funds and investment-linked assurance schemes (Ilas) that are marketed to the public must provide investors with Product Key Fact Statements (KFSs) and updated offering documents that satisfy a number of additional disclosure requirements.
