JP Morgan head of Emea distribution departs, German warrants director to take over

Alexandre Houpert, managing director, cross-asset retail structured products distribution for Europe, JP Morgan, has parted ways with the US investment bank. Houpert's responsibilities will be absorbed by Marcel Langer ( pictured ) who was recently hired from UBS to cover the German warrants business. Langer worked for UBS for over 10 years in a similar capacity as head public distribution Switzerland/Germany. It is understood, Langer will report to Michael Wilson , the US bank's head of Europe
