Tim Hailes (pictured), former co-global head for regulatory reform at JP Morgan Corporate and Investment Bank’s legal department, has left the US investment bank after more than 20 years of service. Hailes added equities legal practice to his responsibilities as co-global head for regulatory reform at the bank in 2014. In his more recent role, he reported to Karen Linney, general counsel for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea), and to Diane Genova, general counsel for global markets
