The European regulators are seeking to implement the application of the Priips regulation to bonds in a consistent way.

The European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) have issued today a Supervisory Statement to promote a consistent application by national competent authorities (NCAs) of the scope of the regulation for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (Pripps Regulation) to bond markets.
