The market outlook for structured products in Sweden is positive as “fear-ridden markets always present opportunities” and derivatives can offer “something useful at every turn," according to Garantum's Axelsson.

The year has started out on a high note for Swedish investors in autocalls as the average return from the top 10 best performers in January stood at 15.34% pa, compared to 14.84% pa in the same period last year.
