Eighteen primary market products had strike dates in the Netherlands in September.

There were also nearly 3,300 leverage products added during the month. According to figures released by Euronext, the listed turbo certificates market in the Netherlands has recorded a 54% year-on-year increase in turnover in 2020 to date, boosted by ‘new investors and the enormous volatility of the financial markets’. The total turnover of the turbo market in the first three quarters of 2020 is €5.4 billion, of which BNP Paribas had a 52% share (9M 2019: €3.5 billion).
