Citi was the only issuer with sales topping US$1 billion in November as investor demand for capital protection and structures on single indices continued to increase.

Some 2,227 structured products worth US$6.5 billion were issued in the US during November – down 26% by sales volume compared to the same month in 2021 (Nov 21: US$8.8 billion from 2,678 products). Ninety-five of the newly issued products were withdrawn as they did not gather enough sales. Of these, 45 were issued on the paper of J.P.
