Patrick joined Chebanca as head of Product Structuring and Investment Solutions in October 2017 with the mission of developing tactical investments. Chebanca offers various type of investment products, fixed-income linked securities, equity-linked “investment certficates” and structured investments funds (UCITS).
Before joining Chebanca, Patrick worked, for 17 years across various international investment banks in Munich, Milan, London and Brussels.
He holds a graduate degree in business administration and financial markets from Bocconi University.
Peter De Clercq is the CEO of Quantessence, a Euroclear company. The Euroclear Quantessence platform brings the Euroclear infrastructure to the market of long term savings. It allows participants to run flexible investment products cheaply, with limited IT resources and working with the counterparty of their choice.
For eight years before joining Quantessence, Peter was managing director at Barclays Capital where he ran the sales and project management of the bank’s main iCPPI programme.
Prior to Barclays, Peter worked for Goldman Sachs, covering large financial institutions. Before Goldman Sachs, Peter spent 11 years at JPMorgan heading Benelux trading and subsequently sales.
Peter holds MBA in finance from IAG at UCL, Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), as well as an MA in Philology from the University of Leuven (Belgium).

Pablo is managing editor of SRP News, having joined as a research analyst covering Spain, Portugal and Latin America, and then becoming a senior reporter. Previously, Pablo was a research & publications officer for a UK TUC-supported campaign with trade unions in Colombia and a communications manager for Pan- American Sports Network (PSN) in Miami, which he joined as a news producer.
Head of BG Certificate HUB
Melania joined Banca Generali (one of largest wealth management players in Italy) as head of BG Certificate HUB in February 2018. BG Certificate HUB aims to develop innovative, tailor-made solutions for its network of over 2000 financial advisors, through a fully open-ended platform integrated by post-sales services.
Before Banca Generali, Melania worked as head of the private banking sales team at the Exane Group in Italy and Tecino. Here, she implemented new platforms and procedures to improve the commercialisation of products (including the end-to-end development of the Italian website and the usage of listing procedure,) as well as gaining shares in the Italian derivatives market. Melania was particularly active in building new, tailor-made solutions across a wide range of assets. She began her career as a consultant at Credit Agricole.
Melania holds a graduate degree in economics and financial markets from Bocconi University.

Antonio De Negri
Cirdan Capital Management
Antonio started his career in the fixed income desk of Citigroup in Milan. He then moved to London where he was part of the Portfolio Team in Barclays CIB, covering roles from Regulatory Capital and RWA trading to Counterparty Risk trading and Client Capital Management. Antonio founded Cirdan Capital Management in 2014 with the vision of continually pushing the boundaries of investments and technology and to improve investors experience.
Global head of front office derivatives
Karim is the global head of front office derivatives at Bloomberg. He currently oversees the strategy and development of industry leading systems for derivatives across all asset classes, with a focus on front office players and workflows. Prior to assuming this role, Karim worked as EMEA head of financial engineers, and then as global head of the derivatives library. Before joining Bloomberg in 2010, he worked at Barclays Capital where he launched the quantitative investment strategies business and headed the rapid response team. He supervised quantitative projects and was member of the Equity Steering Committee across all trading desks. Prior to that he worked as a quantitative analyst at BNP Paribas and strategist at Goldman Sachs, developing innovative products, analytics and front office systems for market data, pricing, hedging, life cycle and risk management.
Co-head of Solution and retail distribution for Europe
Paolo Ginardi, executive director, is co-head of solution and retail distribution in EMEA for JPMorgan. He currently manages the team dedicated to cross-asset retail distribution and solution in equity derivatives.
Paolo joined in 2007, and he has gained experience in portfolio optimisation and hedging solutions for institutional clients, structuring funds and investment products for retail investors, and solutions for Italian asset managers and insurance companies.
Before joining JP Morgan, Paolo was employed served as a inflation derivatives trader at Banca Caboto for 3 years. Paolo holds a degree in social sciences from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan.

Daniel Hernández González

Daniel is responsible for the Digital Investment Business in BBVA. With more than 15 years in the industry, having previously worked in similar positions at Commerzbank and Societe Generale, Daniel and his team are responsible for the definition, implementation and promotion of Digital Solutions for Investment Products at BBVA, focusing in particular with the end to end automation of the Structured Products investor workflow. Previously, Daniel was the Global Head of Commodity Derivative Sale and prior to that in charge of Structured Products Distribution in LatAm for Commerzbank.

Gabriela is currently working as a team leader at SRP. She started at the company 4 years ago as the research analyst for Italy and she is currently supervising the analysts covering the European SP market at SRP and looking after the Italian database as well. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Bologna as well as a master's degree in Business Informatics from UNWE in Sofia.

Da oltre 14 anni cura le rubriche specializzate in certificates di diverse testate di informazione finanziaria cartacee e web ed è stato più volte ospite di Class CNBC e LeFontiTV, relatore e moderatore di eventi didattici e roadshow per banche e reti di distribuzione. Dal 2007 cura inoltre con Brown Editore gli Italian Certificate Awards, manifestazione volta a premiare l’eccellenza nell’industria dei certificati di investimento. Riconosciuto come il massimo esperto a livello nazionale collabora con ACEPI ( Associazione Italiana dei Certificati e Prodotti di Investimento) alla creazione dei corsi “CERTIFICATES: FONDAMENTI E STRATEGIE” – “TECNICHE AVANZATE DI GESTIONE DI PORTAFOGLIO CON I CERTIFICATES” – “ I CERTIFICATES NELLA CONSULENZA FINANZIARIA” , tutti accreditati EFPA per il mantenimento della certificazione su vari livelli. Dal 2010 presiede l’ufficio studi del CedLAB, la prima piattaforma di analisi qualitativa e quantitativa dedicata ai certificati di investimento attraverso la quale vengono forniti servizi di supporto e ricerca alla consulenza finanziaria.
