Guy Dunn is the Chief Executive Officer at Derivia Intelligence. Derivia was formed after the private equity firm, Epiris, acquired the majority of Euromoney Institutional Investor (FTSE 250) in 2022.

Guy's role involves overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the group, preparing for it to be operated as a standalone business along with its leading market intelligence brands.

Guy was previously COO of ISI Emerging Markets, which experienced two rounds of private equity ownership. Prior to that, Guy was CEO of EMIS and was CEO of Euromoney Thought Leadership. Guy previously held Managing Director roles at the Economist Group and IHS Global Insight.

Chief Financial Officer, Derivia Intelligence

As Chief Financial Officer at Derivia Intelligence, Lauren’s role is to enable Derivia’s long-term growth and value with responsibility for financial strategy, investment returns, and risk management.

Lauren’s previous CFO roles have been in a variety of technology and innovation-led businesses; most recently she has worked in high-growth environments under Private Equity ownership, delivering value creation and successful exits. She has also held senior leadership roles in commercial and operations functions.

Lauren is a Chartered Accountant, starting her career with Deloitte, and she has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales since 2011. She holds a Business Management honours degree from King’s College London.

Chief Product Officer, SRP

In her role as Chief Product Officer for Structured Retail Products (SRP), Amélie leads the strategy and development of the brand’s data and insights offering.

Amélie joined the SRP business in January 2019 as Global Head of Content, bringing extensive experience from senior editorial and management positions at Euromoney Institutional Investor and Centaur Media.

Before transitioning to media and data, Amélie trained as a lawyer. She holds an LLM degree from the London School of Economics, a master’s degree in European and corporate law from the Université de Rennes, and is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure in France.

Before joining Derivia in July 2025, Toby was Managing Director of Global Capital, the primary debt capital markets insights and data platform. During his tenure, he oversaw two years of transformational revenue and profit growth across subscriptions, awards and events, launched new data products, and drove significant ARR growth.

Earlier in his career, Toby held editorial leadership roles at GC, where he also chaired and moderated major capital markets conferences including The Global Borrowers & Investors Forum, The Covered Bond Congress and The CEE Forum.

In this capacity as Chief Revenue Officer at Derivia Intelligence, Tom provides strategic leadership, overseeing the global sales team and commercial strategy with a focus on driving accelerated growth, enhancing the value proposition for our clientele, and delivering advanced solutions.

Tom previously spearheaded the commercial function of one of the largest subscription businesses within Euromoney Institutional Investor, across brands such as Insurance Insider, The Deal & IJ Global. Prior to this Tom has held leadership positions at the commodities PRA Fastmarkets and business development roles across Technology and Financial Services.

Tom holds an Executive MBA from Durham University Business School and a BSc in Mathematics from Lancaster University.

Simon Coughlan

Chief Technology Officer, Derivia Intelligence

As Chief Technology Officer at Derivia Intelligence, Simon has a role that is both strategic and hands-on. His core responsibilities centre on production and service delivery infrastructure and the development of next generation products, which sees him managing multi-disciplinary teams in the UK, USA and Eastern Europe.

Since joining us in 1999 after graduating in Computing from South Bank University, London, Simon worked across a number of technical teams, leading the development and delivery of the company’s data-management environment, infrastructure and product-suite through multiple platform and technology enhancements.

As Chief Product & Strategy Officer at Derivia, Toby leads the strategy and development of the group’s subscription products and events portfolio.

With more than 25 years of HR experience in both generalist and specialist roles across Construction, Manufacturing, and Retail, Michelle brings deep expertise in aligning people strategies with business goals. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD).

Director of Content, SRP

Pablo is the Director of Content, SRP at Derivia Intelligence. In his role, he leads a global financial editorial team covering insights, analysis and developments across structured products markets.

Pablo also holds responsibility for events content programming at SRP, leveraging a network curated throughout the industry since joining SRP in 2006 as a research analyst where he covered Spain, Portugal and Latin American markets. In 2011, he became a senior reporter, before being appointed managing editor in 2018.

His career in communications spans a TUC-supported campaign with trade unions in Colombia, as a news producer and communications manager for Pan-American Sports Network (PSN) in Miami, and as deputy editor at Cahners Broadcasting International.

Pablo holds a master's degree in media & communications from CEU San Pablo - Universidad de Valencia – Spain and completed the European Union Postgraduate Scheme (Leonardo) in London in 1998.

In his role, Petar leads a team of data analysts to source and validate data from a variety of touchpoints to build the industry’s leading database of structured products information.

Since joining the business in 2018, he has led transformational change in reporting processes and enhanced SRP’s reach into global markets. Petar is a contributor to SRP’s insights and analysis and a regular presenter at the Americas conference, a market where he previously held the role as Head of Data.

Petar has a background in linguistics and coding which supports his team’s efforts to drive procedural excellence at SRP. Petar holds a research degree from Osaka University.

Head of Analytics, SRP

Nikolay is Head of Analytics, SRP at Derivia Intelligence. In his role, he leads SRP’s analytics team and agenda for market reviews and thematic reports, reporting on developments across global structured products markets.

Prior to his role, Nikolay lead SRP’s efforts to enhance the data platform, ensuring accuracy and coverage across international markets. He is a regular contributor to data-driven insights & analysis initiatives and a presenter at SRP conferences.

Nikolay joined SRP in 2015 as a Research Analyst covering France and Belgium. Prior to joining SRP, he served as lead due diligence analyst at SeeNews, business intelligence and news for Southeast Europe, between 2013 and 2015. Nikolay holds an MBA from the University of Nantes.

Previously, Sophia served as Global Head of Account Management Strategy at ISI Markets, where she led the global account management function and strategy. She has held several senior client-facing roles and built long-standing relationships across the industry.

With a strong track record in delivering high-profile, industry-leading events, Sara brings extensive experience in event production, commercial strategy, product development, and cross-functional team leadership.

Before joining Derivia, Sara held leadership roles at GlobalCapital and Euromoney Conferences, where she led the launch and expansion of several now established events.

Sara holds a postgraduate degree in conference interpreting and EU strategy from the University of Westminster, and a first-class BA degree in Spanish and Italian from the University of Bristol.

As Director of Operations, Karly provides strategic leadership across Derivia’s global events portfolio and its publishing projects, ensuring a first-class client experience and operational excellence.

With 19 years of experience in event operations, Karly has a proven track record in the strategic, operational, and financial planning and delivery of market-leading events worldwide.

Before joining Derivia and GlobalCapital, Karly was Head of Operations for Euromoney Conferences and led the operational strategy and client delivery for a portfolio of 35 annual events with combined revenues exceeding £8 million.

Spearheading the drive to deliver more sustainable events, Karly led the delivery of Euromoney Institutional Investors’ first carbon neutral event which was awarded the Austrian Ecolabel for Green Events.

Karly holds a BA (Hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University.

As Director of Business Development, Jack provides strategic leadership across Derivia’s global new business sales, overseeing teams spanning the SRP, GC and FOW portfolios. Will Browne

Director of Sales, Events

Will is the Director of Sales for Global Events at Derivia, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes flagship conferences, senior executive gatherings, and established industry awards.

With responsibility across SRP, GC and FOW, Will drives new business development, client relationships, and strategic growth for the events division.

Prior to assuming his current role, Will was Managing Director of Global Investor Group and earlier served as Head of Sales at WMRC Group.

Will is the Director of Sales for Global Events at Derivia, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes flagship conferences, senior executive gatherings, and established industry awards.

With responsibility across SRP, GC and FOW, Will drives new business development, client relationships, and strategic growth for the events division.

Prior to assuming his current role, Will was Managing Director of Global Investor Group and earlier served as Head of Sales at WMRC Group.
