In order to truly move forward, the insurance industry must recognise its lack of diversity as a problem and put in place practical strategies that actively tackle it.
As part of our diversity & inclusion initiative, we are bringing together leading figures from across the industry to discuss how they are going about tackling gender diversity in their companies.
Join us the night before the Indexed Insurance Forum for an informal gathering, to share your experiences and ideas with industry peers.
Topics discussed include:
- Boardroom strategy: the business case for putting diversity at the top of the agenda;
- Catering to women: seeing women as a key target market & adjusting financial advice accordingly; and
- The value of mentorship: constructing a cross-sector support network
Please note - The session is open to all delegates - this is not a women’s only session.
