Laurence graduated from ENSTA Paristech as an engineer and holds a MSc in financial mathematics from Paris VI – El Karoui.
She started her career in Paris on the equity & derivatives BNP Paribas trading floor as a quantitative engineer. She moved to Hong Kong in 2008, where she ran the equity quant team for Asia.
In 2015, Laurence left BNP Paribas to dedicate to HelperChoice, a social impact company she had co-founded in 2012. HelperChoice has helped thousands of women from developing countries find a domestic job in Hong Kong and Singapore in fair conditions. Leader of its market and profitable, HelperChoice never compromised with its ethical values, and was acquired by a global player in 2019.
In 2017, Laurence co-founded Quantilia – a portfolio management software suite dedicated to institutional investors and asset managers. At Quantilia, Laurence is in charge of the R&D team and is the ESG product owner.

Nicola is responsible of Private Investor Products Italy at UniCredit. In his current role, he is in charge of the development and distribution of all investment products on the Italian market across multi-asset and multi-channel approach, as well as the brokerage activity of banks directly connected to UniCredit platform.
Prior to joining UniCredit in 2015, Nicola gained an extensive experience in other investment banks in London. He was Head of Private Investor Products Sales, Italy for ABN AMRO. After the merger with RBS, he was appointed Head of Exchange Traded Products Europe, one of major Public Distribution platform with strong local presence across main countries in Europe. He was one of the founding members of Italian Certificates and Investment Products Association (ACEPI) in 2006 and he served the Association for many years as board member, before being appointed Chairman of the ACEPI in 2019.
