Man Investments has launched the latest in its OM-IP range of capital-protected funds for Australian and New Zealand investors.
Man OM-IP AHL 2010 is a ten-year, capital-guaranteed product offering exposure to the AHL Diversified Programme, a managed futures strategy with exposure to over 200 international markets.
Just over 52% of initial capital will be placed in a fixed deposit, 42.3% will be invested in the underlying strategy and 5% allocated to fees and costs. The product locks in 50% of net profit from each financial year after prior years' losses (if any) have been accounted for. At maturity, investors have 100% participation in the final growth of the fund.
ANZ Bank is providing the capital guarantee.
Minimum investment is A$5,000 ($4,260); the closing date is 13 August.
