Australia-based specialist fund manager LM Investment Management is planning a fund for offshore and Australian investors linked to the performance of the Australian structured product market.
The LM Australian Structured Products Fund will invest in Australian structured products with a choice of underlyings via different investment series with varying levels of capital protection at maturity.
"The LM Australian Structured Products Fund will provide a series of closed end structured product offers linked to Australian financial assets and offering the potential for enhanced returns and varying levels of capital protection at maturity. [It] will further enhance LM's credibility as a provider of quality Australian investment solutions to global markets," the company said in a statement.
The fund is expected to be available in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UAE, the UK and the US.
