Banca IMI, part of Italy's Intesa Sanpaolo group, has raised over €1.47bn for a structured bond sold at the end of February with a strike date of 3 March.
Tasso variabile con minimo e massimo is a four-year capital-guaranteed income structure linked to the performance of six-month Euribor. The capped call, floater pays coupons equal to the performance of the underlying floored at 3.25% and capped at 5% pa.
According to SRP data, Intesa Sanpaolo group has raised over €4bn so far this year for 18 products, the majority marketed by Banca IMI.
