Matthias Schaefer, the former head of institutional equity and fund derivatives sales at the Zurich headquarters of Credit Suisse, has left the bank. Schaefer was in charge of structuring and sales for institutional investors and private banks in the Swiss market and reported to Daniel Huber, Credit Suisse's head of equity derivative sales in Switzerland, who in turn reports to Damian Hoop, head of equity sales Switzerland.
