Sundaram Mutual Fund is offering its sixth Sundaram Capital Protection Oriented Fund 3 Years.

The three-year capital-protected scheme's portfolio structure has been rated as AAA by local agency Crisil.

The scheme will allocate 80% to 100% of assets to fixed income securities, including money market instruments, and up to 20% of assets to equity and equity-related instruments. Exposure to derivatives will be limited to 50% of the net asset value.

Dwijendra Srivastava is the fund manager for debt portion and Srividhya Rajesh is the manager for the equity portion of the scheme.

The new issue is open until 30 September. Minimum investment is INR5,000 ($112), with a minimum of INR10m ($223,000) required to launch the funds.
