Only a minority of cases involving complaints about structured products sold in Sweden by Norwegian distributor Acta have been upheld, according to Swedish financial newspaper Dagens Industri. A total of 334 cases involving complaints from retail investors against have been completed by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
