Lyxor Asset Management has appointed Gaëtan Delculée as director of institutional ETF and indexing sales for francophone countries (France, French-speaking Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco).
The asset management arm of Société Générale said that the appointment follows the strengthening of sales teams initiated in 2012 with the arrival of Aymeric Blanc and Damien Cadillon in 2013.
In his new role based in Paris, Delculée will report to Matthew Mouly, director of sales and ETF indexing, Lyxor Europe.
Lyxor Asset Management also said the appointment is part of the development strategy of the Lyxor ETF market in Europe, which was marked by a great performance in the first half of 2014 with $3.5bn in sales.
Delculée began his career at Lyxor in 2007 in London as head of the capital markets team where he was in charge of product development and marketing as well as managing relationships with all banks and market makers. In 2010, he joined the institutional sales team for francophone countries in Paris.
