The French Association of Securitised Listed Derivatives (AFPDB) has appointed Alexandre Houpert (pictured), head of distribution for listed products and exchange-traded funds for the UK, Nordics, France and Benelux at Société Générale, as its president. Houpert will replace Thibault Gobert, managing director and head of sales Europe, exchange-traded products (ETP) at BNP Paribas. Gobert was chairman and founder of the AFPDB, a trade body with the goal of promoting the image of listed derivativ
