French investment bank Calyon has launched Fortune Notes Series 9 and 10 to retail investors in Hong Kong. The 2.5-year Series 9 notes are issued in US dollars by Calyon Financial Products in Guernsey, and pay a 3% coupon at the end of the first and second years and a final coupon based on 55% (to be confirmed on the strike date) of the rise in the Nikkei225 minus the attributed coupon values.
