Deutsche Bank has made a couple of key hires at opposite sides of the globe. Marwan Marshi will join the firm as a vice-chairman and managing director in global capital markets, based in New York, while Sreenivasan Iyer becomes director and head of debt capital markets/corporate coverage for the south-east Asia region of Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
