Edward Ho, senior managing director and head of structured equity sales in Hong Kong at Bear Stearns, will not remain at the firm following the JPMorgan takeover, sources close to the bank have confirmed. Meanwhile, his colleague Joseph Chan, a structured equity product sales director, is understood to have already left the bank. Ho and Chan were both recruited by Bear Stearns in 2005, when it raided Merrill Lynch for a number of derivatives hires. Ong Tsui Keng is JPMorgan’s executive director
