Despite unresolved trade tensions between China and the US, Singapore’s financial cooperation with the two giants is far from stagnating. On September 13, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Mas) and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) signed an arrangement to foster FinTech cooperation through the referral of successful FinTech businesses and the sharing of relevant industry insights. This came just a week ahead of the 14th Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation (JCB
