The Swiss bank has hired internally to lead its equity derivatives business for Asia after the predecessor shifted to the buy-side.
Michael Abou-Seif has taken the role of head of equity derivatives (EQD) Asia Pacific (Apac) on an ad-interim basis at UBS, in addition to his current role as head of index flow derivatives trading for the region, according to an internal memo seen by SRP.
