The past year has seen three issuers exiting Asia’s largest listed retail structured products segment including Korea Investment & Securities and Bank of East Asia.
Goldman Sachs has stopped issuing new listed structured products in Hong Kong SAR after 20 years. The bank's last issuance matured in December 2024. The banking giant still has six live derivative warrants (DWs) outstanding with a longer tenor, four of which meet the active quote criteria, according to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX). There are no callable bull/bear contracts (CBBC), a type of leveraged instrument with an autocall feature, on Goldman’s paper out in the market
