The French bank is seeking to expand its equity derivatives footprint in the US following last year’s comeback.

Romain Benvenuto (pictured) has ben appointed as executive director, head of equity structuring, Americas at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), a spokesperson at the bank told SRP. Benvenuto reports to Guillaume Calvino, global head of equity structuring based in Paris. Calvino was promoted to the role after moving back from Natixis’ Hong Kong office in 2022. SRP understands that the role for Benvenuto was newly created with a mandate to increase the French bank’s eq
