The latest guidance covers a range of disclosures included in registration statements of crypto asset exchange-traded products (ETPs).

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a statement addressing common disclosure issues observed during its review of filings for non-securities-based crypto ETPs on 1 July. On the same day, the SEC gave greenlight to the first multi-crypto asset spot ETP to be listed by Grayscale on NYSE Arca.    In the past two years, issuers have registered offerings of crypto asset ETPs under the Securities Act of 1933 and the class of security under the Securities Exchange Act
