From Causeway Securities’ acquisition, listed activities updates across European exchanges, to people moves in Asia, here’s the weekly news cap brought by SRP news desk.

SRP exclusively reported that British investment firm Causeway Securities has acquired Levendi Investment Management, the independent structured products investment advisory boutique behind one of the most successful funds of structured products in the UK - the Levendi Thornbridge Defined Return Fund.

Meanwhile, Ireland’s largest provider of wealth management and investment banking services, Davy, has partnered with BNP Paribas to launch an ESG-themed structured note. Denominated in Euro, the three-year product structured as an at the money (ATM) call, linked to the performance of the Eurostoxx 50 ESG (SX5EESG) with a cap (maximum return) set at +20.32%. 

In Switzerland, turnover for structured products reached CHF56 billion (US$69.7 billion) for Q2 2025, according to the latest figures of the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA).

Swiss fintech provider GenTwo and Cincinnati, Ohio-based Luma Financial Technologies have launched a strategic partnership in AMCs, which is expected to go live in Q4 2025.

Boerse Stuttgart recorded a total turnover of €8.1 billion for August, 12.71% lower than the previous month. Structured products made up the largest share with transactions around €3.3 billion, followed by leverage products at €2.6 billion, while investment products were at €646m.
