Cristina Martin  Firvida  ( pictured ) will conclude her tenure as director of the Office of the Investor Advocate at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) at the end of January 2026.  Under her leadership, the office delivered research on registered index-linked annuities She has held the role since January 2023, leading an office created by Congress to represent investor interests and ensure their concerns are reflected in regulatory decisions.   Under
