Liquidity and data solutions provider TP Icap Group has agreed to acquire Vantage Capital Markets, a provider of broking services (listed and OTC) for global equity derivatives, cash equities and fixed income markets, to strengthen its equity derivatives and fixed income broking footprint across key global markets.
