Vanguard has rolled out separate developed markets ex-US value and growth exchange traded funds (ETFs), positioning them as index-based tools for investors.

Asset management firm Vanguard has launched two index equity ETFs - Vanguard Developed Markets ex-US Value Index ETF (VDV), and Vanguard Developed Markets ex-US Growth Index ETF (VDG) - focused on developed markets outside the US.
