Cboe is exiting its equities businesses in the two markets as part of a broader strategic shift.
Cboe Global Markets (Cboe) has agreed to sell its equities exchanges in Canada and Australia to TMX Group Limited for a total of US$300m. The company will also provide temporary transition support after completion The deal includes the sale of Cboe Canada and Cboe Australia.
