Modern Wealth Management (Modern Wealth), an American registered investment advisory (Ria) firm, has inked an asset purchase agreement with Brown and Company, a Denver-based wealth management company with approximately US$1 billion in assets under management (Aum). The acquisition will give Modern Wealth its first presence in Colorado Brown and Company was founded in 1998 by Mark Brown and provides tailored services across investment and retirement planning, advanced tax and estate strategie
