The deal gives ING full ownership of a major Polish asset manager with over 778,000 clients.

ING Bank Śląski has completed the acquisition of the remaining 55% stake in Goldman Sachs TFI for PLN 405m (around US$111.95m), taking its ownership to 100%. Following the acquisition, Goldman Sachs TFI will be rebranded as ING TFI ING Bank Śląski had already held a 45% stake in the firm since 2019 through its subsidiary. Goldman Sachs TFI manages open mutual funds and discretionary portfolios across multiple asset classes. It serves more than 778,000 clients and has around 12% market share
