SRP reviewed the annual reports and outstanding volumes for some of the main issuance vehicles of Goldman Sachs in 2025.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. Wertpapier GmbH Goldman, Sachs & Co. Wertpapier GmbH issued 23,543 securities in 2025, an increase of 11% compared to the previous year (2024: 21,206). The new issuances consist of equity, index, mini future, turbo, FX, and commodity warrants, as well as discount, bonus and other certificates, and structured bonds. The company’s balance sheet included an issuance volume of €204m (US$233) for 2,781 issued warrants, including US$187m linked to commodities.
