HSBC Private Bank has appointed Gloria Sun to lead its offshore Taiwan business as it continues to expand its private banking presence in the market.

HSBC Private Bank has appointed Gloria Sun as Market Head of Offshore Taiwan, effective 13 July 2026, as the bank strengthens its private banking coverage for Taiwanese clients. Sun has more than 20 years of experience in private banking and wealth management  Based in Hong Kong, Sun will report to Kanas Chan, head of private bank for North Asia and Hong Kong.
