Charles Wakiwaka has joined Katten’s London office, strengthening its structured products and derivatives team following two other key appointments.

Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP, the London affiliate of international law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman, announced that Charles Wakiwaka has joined its structured products and derivatives practice in London as a partner. The structured products and derivatives practice, led by Kafcas, was launched in June Wakiwaka’s appointment follows the arrival of partners Jennifer Kafcas and Alvino van Schalkwyk in June , as Katten continues to build the practice launched earlier this year as part of
