Securitize Corp (Securitize), a Miami-based leading tokenisation platform, has added another regulated component to its on-chain capital markets infrastructure with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration of its subsidiary, Securitize Capital LLC. The registration expands Securitize’s regulated footprint The move transitions Securitize Capital from an exempt reporting adviser to a fully registered investment adviser (RIA) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
