South Korea’s structured products market saw renewed momentum in June, with volumes rising 103% month-on-month and issuance climbing 26.5% compared with May.

An estimated KRW11 trillion (US$7.5 billion) was collected from  2,158 structured products offered on the South Korean primary market in June, according to SRP data. Sales increased by 103% compared to May; year-on-year (YoY) they were up by 20.9% (US$24.4bn to US$29.5bn). Issuance was up by 26.5% month-on-month (MoM) and also increased by 57.5% compared to May 2026 when there were 1,387 public offers available.
