Mai Capital Management, an Ohio-based registered investment adviser (RIA) and wealth management firm, has expanded into the Atlanta market through the acquisition of Waypoint Wealth Counsel (Waypoint), a fee-only RIA managing about US$490m in assets and serving more than 100 households.
