The Taiwan Stock Exchange welcomed a Korea-focused exchange-traded fund (ETF), expanding the range of international equity products available to local investors.

The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) said that the United Korea Kospi 50 exchange traded fund (ETF) was listed on 21 August 2026. The fund, issued by UOB Asset Management (Taiwan) and trading under stock code 009829, tracks the Kospi 50 Index, which is compiled by the Korea Exchange (KRX).  The index uses free-float market capitalisation weighting and applies limits on individual constituent weights The benchmark is derived from the Kospi 200 Index and selects the 50 largest companies
