Up Capital Management (Up), a California-based fiduciary registered investment adviser, has formed a strategic partnership with Modelist, an institutional investment research and custom model portfolio firm. The collaboration will enable Up to incorporate quantitative research and custom portfolio construction As part of the integration, Modelist’s research team, led by Kent Peterson, will support Up’s investment process while also retaining control of its investment philosophy.
