Hang Seng Indexes Company Ltd (HSIL) has licensed the Hang Seng Biotech Index for warrant issuance to Kuala Lumpur-based Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (Kenanga), marking its first overseas warrant licensing for the benchmark.
