Citi, HDBank expand cooperation across banking, capital markets, financial services

Citi and Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation across a range of banking and financial services.
