2026 promises to be another bumper year for the US structured products market with sales volumes reaching 80% of last year’s total during the first eight months.
Approximately US$17.30 billion was collected from 5,616 structured products that struck in August, according to SRP data. Sales volumes decreased by 12% compared to July; year-on-year (YoY) volumes were up by 1.9% (Aug 2025: US$16.98 billion). At US$158.7 billion, sales for the first eight months of 2026, which are up by more than 30% from the same period last year, have already reached 80% of last year’s total – a record US$196.77 billion.
